Boiler maintenance is important for several reasons. First and foremost, it helps to ensure that your boiler remains safe, protecting you, your home and your family. 
Your service will be completed by our engineer in a clean and tidy manner. Your boiler will be taken apart and the inside checked and cleaned. All technical requirements will be met with all boiler carbon emissions checked and logged. Gas meter governor will be tested for fault. Gas pipe will be tested for correct sizing and visually inspected. We will test for correct operation and that controls are set correctly. Check all radiators and cylinder. Also we will check tanks in loft for any faults in all conventional unpressurised heating systems. We will listen to any problems that may have arisen over the previous year and fix or estimate these whilst on site or as soon as practically possible.

All boiler problems will be tested and faults found. With you the customer, informed of the steps we are taking to resolve the problem. We liaise with all manufacturer technical departments if required. Once fault is found we will fix problem. Should you require a spare part we will call our suppliers and price a replacement part straight away and book to return as soon as part is available. Leading to a speedy repair. All aspects of heating are covered from boiler repairs to radiator or system leaks, gas leaks and blockages amongst other tasks.
